ORDER PROCESSING:
Allow 1 – 3 business days to process all orders shipping domestically and 1 – 7 business days to process all orders shipping internationally. In the event of a delay, an email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
For “Pre-Order” items, you will get your desired item after 2 weeks of placing the order.
EXCHANGES:
Items purchased from esserevegano.com are eligible for exchange. To purchase a different style, size, or color, complete a new purchase while your return is processed separately.
RETURNS:
Purchases may be returned according to the Essere Vegano Returns Policy.
Items purchased from esserevegano.com are eligible for returns up to 14 days after receipt. Eligible returns must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, allow 1-4 business days for return processing. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Account reflection of credited funds varies by bank and credit card company.
